7. Normals inside PresenZΒΆ

In the 3d industry there are so many different work flows and programs, that when you compile all your geometry together , the normals can be displayed in the wrong way. Just like when you make a frame render with a flipped normal, your texture will not appear as it should. PresenZ will also have some issues with wrong normals.


PresenZ is using the surface normals to obtain an optimal quality in the Volumetric rendering.

What it eventually boils down to, make sure your normals are as they should be, possibly check with a quick normal shader render.
